Key Responsibilities
- Compliance with security assignment instructions and SLA’s agreed in the contract to meet the requirements of the client and company.
- Carry out security services patrols.
- Carry out routine Fire patrols/checks.
- Ensure that all Fire procedures are implemented and monitored at all times.
- Booking/checking, weighing vehicles on & off site.
- Recording of printed products leaving site.
- Assist in compliance of all customer policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Report immediately any misuse, damage or threat to the customers or OCS property & equipment.
- Report any breach or unsafe practices in the workplace to Line Manager per the Company Health and Safety policy and procedures, with support from the Health and Safety Manager.
- Carry out control room duties as required.
- Provide for fire checks, patrols and isolation fire panel when required.
- Provide along with other security personnel mail/courier sort/collection/delivery service.
- Adhere to company and site H&S policies.
- Accurately and legibly complete all relevant documentation associated with tasks; meet all reasonable requests to meet business needs.
