Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 12‑hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance with security assignment instructions and SLA’s agreed in the contract to meet the requirements of the client and company.
  • Carry out security services patrols.
  • Carry out routine Fire patrols/checks.
  • Ensure that all Fire procedures are implemented and monitored at all times.
  • Booking/checking, weighing vehicles on & off site.
  • Recording of printed products leaving site.
  • Assist in compliance of all customer policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Report immediately any misuse, damage or threat to the customers or OCS property & equipment.
  • Report any breach or unsafe practices in the workplace to Line Manager per the Company Health and Safety policy and procedures, with support from the Health and Safety Manager.
  • Carry out control room duties as required.
  • Provide for fire checks, patrols and isolation fire panel when required.
  • Provide along with other security personnel mail/courier sort/collection/delivery service.
  • Adhere to company and site H&S policies.
  • Accurately and legibly complete all relevant documentation associated with tasks; meet all reasonable requests to meet business needs.
