About The Role
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 15:30 to 18:00, £15.30 PH, 40 weeks contract. Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro‑rata basis in line with weeks worked.
Key responsibilities
- To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
- To provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
- To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
- To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services.
- To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team.
The ideal candidate
- Must have right to work in the UK.
- Experience working in a cleaning environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisational methods and troubleshooting.
