Working Shifts: Weekend Night work only 10 hours per night
As Train Cleaning Supervisor, you will ensure that cleaning staff perform their duties efficiently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a safe and hygienic environment.
Responsibilities:- Supervising a small team of train cleaning operatives
- Conducting cleaning audits on a nightly basis to ensure that standards are maintained.
- Ensuring the internal of trains are cleaned to the required specification, in accordance with Health and Safety compliance.
- Carrying out delegated cleaning tasks in accordance with agreed procedures which includes litter picking, removing unauthorised stickers, cleaning and replenishing toilets, and ensuring all surfaces are free from any obvious marks, staining & smearing.
- You must have Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as be flexible with working hours and days.
- You will have excellent communication skills.
