About The Company OCS UK
Monday - Friday 06:00am - 09:00am.
Responsibilities
- Be the clients’ and managers’ main point of contact on site
- Coordinate and drive a team on site, while completing core cleaning duties with the team
- Support the manager with the training and induction of new staff, and the completion of training records
- Lead by example when completing tasks, following the safe systems of work and method statements
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to a high standard
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and maintained in good condition
- Address any operational issues or challenges that arise, finding effective solutions to maintain smooth operations
The ideal candidate
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- Demonstrable people skills or experience coordinating a team
- Experience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills, knowledge, and understanding
- Understanding of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and Health
