About the Role

Security Administrator – Working pattern: Mon‑Fri 07:00‑15:00. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will manage office operations and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fire alarm monitoring and reporting
  • Act as point of control for incidents
  • Monitor CCTV footage
  • Conduct site patrols
  • Ensure health and safety and site rules are adhered to
  • Control and process guest contractors and drivers onto site
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well‑organised and tidy office environment

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid SIA Licence
