Working pattern: Days, nights, weekends - flexible for site needs. At OCS, our cleaners play an important part in providing safe, clean environments.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a small team, looking after rotas, holidays, and performance, and responsible for delivering training to all cleaning operatives and ensuring all records are updated correctly.
- Conduct cleaning audits on a weekly basis and escalating any areas of concern.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Use heavy industrial equipment, specialist chemicals and work at heights (may be required).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Background working in cleaning/food manufacturing environment advantageous.
- Willingness to work at height.
- COSHH and IOSH training desirable.
