About The Role
Key Responsibilities- To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
- To carry out plumbing duties on sites as and when required.
- To provide a technical engineering service with the minimum of supervision to the OCS client in respect of mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation.
- To undertake the service and maintenance of other assets/trades that were deemed competent to do so.
- To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
- To have basic knowledge of multi-disciplined trades.
- General building repairs.
- Provide support to other in-house trades or complete other trade tasks, where deemed competent including minor plumbing repairs, tiling, painting and decorating and wet trades.
- Support the project team's refurbishment works.
- Support site engineer in undertaking maintenance works including legionella checks and building fabric maintenance.
- Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and OCS QSHE policy.
- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience working within Facilities Management.
- Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
- Full clean driving licence.
- A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship such as or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2.
- The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition).
- Valid and in date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification.
- An Inspection & Testing qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations.
