About The Role

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:00

Please note: This is a mobile position

Key Responsibilities

• To carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely, safe manner.
• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning for various surfaces, including carpets, hard floors, upholstery and kitchens.
• Use specialised equipment (provided by the company) and techniques to effectively remove dirt, stains, and allergens.
• Follow established schedules to conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as per client requests.
• Execute high‑level vacuuming in areas such as ceiling voids, vents, and other elevated surfaces to ensure thorough cleanliness utilising Sky Vac equipment.
• Respond to various specialised cleaning requests as directed by management or clients, adapting techniques and equipment as needed.
• Be available for emergency call‑outs, responding promptly to urgent cleaning needs in various locations.
• Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
• Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.
• Report any customer complaints or compliments and take remedial action where possible. Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Line Manager / supervisor.

Candidate Criteria

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• You must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
• You will have experience in window cleaning and ideally in working at heights and high buildings.
• You must have the ability to work well on your own, be self‑sufficient and motivated whilst also being comfortable working as part of a team and following instruction.
• A professional attitude.
