The role covers general maintenance, statutory compliance checks and a range of building fabric tasks, with emphasis on safe, professional client liaison and a smart appearance.
You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, site inspections and provide technical guidance while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
