About the Role: Driver (Multi Drop/Hold Load) – Airport: transport recyclable goods from aircraft to central warehouse in Feltham (approximately 7 miles). This physical role involves loading, unloading and driving your own vehicle.
Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, variable shift between Monday and Sunday, 04:00 to 23:00, 40 hours per week on a permanent full‑time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading, transporting supplies, blanket bags, holdalls, materials and equipment to and from aircraft.
- Ensure operational reliability of the vehicle and conduct daily safety checks.
- Record timed activities and quantities of stock electronically.
- Drive and operate a range of vehicles.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience driving vehicles up to 3.5 tons – essential.
- Full clean UK/EU driving B category licence.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Security and Government Requirements:
- Fully checkable reference history covering the last five years.
- Ability to pass a basic Criminal Record Check – DBS.
- Right to work in the UK.
