About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are carried out effectively.
- Conduct site patrols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Maintain a visible security presence and respond to security-related incidents.
- Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
- Train and mentor security staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle shift scheduling, reports, and key control procedures.
Requirements
- Valid SIA licence.
- Proven experience in security, with a supervisory or leadership background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Excellent report writing and computer literacy.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858).
