About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Supervisor to lead and support our security team. Shift pattern: 4 on/4 off 12‑hour shifts nights. In this role, you will ensure that all security duties are carried out efficiently, maintain a visible security presence, and act as the first point of escalation for incidents across assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are executed effectively.
  • Conduct site patrols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Maintain a visible security presence and respond promptly to security‑related incidents.
  • Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
  • Train, mentor, and develop security staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage shift scheduling, reporting, and key control procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid SIA Licence.
  • Proven experience in security with a supervisory or leadership background.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
  • Excellent report‑writing skills and computer literacy.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
