About the Role
Shift Pattern: Casual cover. Security Shifts: 06:30 β 18:30 (Mon-Fri). Reception Shifts: 07:00 β 22:00 (Mon-Fri). We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join our team on a casual basis, providing cover for annual leave, sickness, and additional shifts across three client sites in the BS34/BS35 area. You will be part of a small, professional team of 8 staff who operate on-site Security and Reception services. As a casual team member, you will be expected to step in as needed to maintain service continuity.
Duties
- Welcoming visitors and handling front-of-house duties
- Monitoring site access and security
- Checking ID badges and managing sign-in procedures
- Providing general administrative support at reception
- Ensuring site procedures and safety protocols are followed
Requirements
- Flexibility to cover at short notice is essential
- Prior experience in security and/or receptionist roles preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- SIA licence (for security duties) essential
- Ability to travel to all three sites as required
