OCS is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to be the main on-site contact for clients and managers. You will coordinate a cleaning team, ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and support training and induction of new staff while ensuring health and safety compliance.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead by example, perform tasks to standard, conduct inspections, and address any operational issues to keep operations smooth.
