About The Role:
We\'re looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and support a portfolio of retail stores across the South of the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-focused organisation where you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping performance and delivering a first-class customer experience.

About the Role:
As Regional Operations Manager, you\'ll take full accountability for the operational performance of your region. You\'ll lead a team of security officers, store detectives and work closely with our clients, ensuring they are supported, inspired, and equipped to succeed. From analysing KPIs and implementing fresh new strategies to ensuring compliance to driving standards, you\'ll be at the forefront of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Store Security teams to consistently achieve targets and deliver outstanding service.
  • Analyse data and regional performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure all shops operate in line with company policies, health & safety regulations, and brand standards.
  • Drive commercial success by managing budgets, reducing costs, and improving margins.
  • Implement company initiatives and support the rollout of new systems, processes, and promotions.
  • Foster a culture of customer-first thinking and team collaboration.
  • Roll out customer service initiatives that enhance satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals, identify training needs, and promote development opportunities.

What We\'re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar multi-site retail management role (e.g. Area or Regional Manager level).
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
  • A solid understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Confident communicator and decision-maker, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Flexible and willing to travel extensively within the region (with some overnight stays).
