About The Role
Working Pattern: Hours according to business needs but mainly 8am to 4pm.
- Provide leadership, inspiration, and control in each aspect of contract delivery.
- Full budgetary and commercial responsibility.
- Leadership and lead by example in culture of safety, opportunity, inclusiveness, and diversity.
- Deliver operational services which achieve statutory compliance, KPI adherence and high performance.
- Ensure that a Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery, adding value to both the business and our client.
- Ownership of customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer experience, true partnership and collaboration.
Key Hiring Criteria
- Extensive experience working in a similar role for an FM service provider (ideally within Cleaning/Soft Services).
- Extensive experience at the Senior Management level running hard services and/or facilities management contracts.
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to a diverse stakeholder base.
- Strong management skills and ability to form collaborative working relationships and communicate with a large and varied delivery team.
