OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Regional Performance & Assurance Manager to provide strategic technical leadership across a portfolio of facilities management contracts in the South of England. The role combines technical assurance, operational excellence, client engagement and continuous improvement to deliver compliant, high-quality FM services.
You will lead multi-account performance, govern supplier performance, drive efficiencies, and support contract mobilisation.
