OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a relief chef to cover a 7am–3pm shift, Monday to Friday, at our site in Reading. You will handle day-to-day food preparation, manage the cooking process at your station, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
The role requires Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent, while City & Guilds certification is preferred. You will work with a culinary team, adhere to safety and hygiene standards, and support inventory and stock control.
