OCS is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Reading to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems on a major facilities management contract. You will prioritise safety and quality while keeping to SLAs and KPIs.
You will complete service sheets, monitor contractor workmanship, support the site supervisor with delivering services on time and within budget, and provide a responsive callout service as required by the rota.
