Are you a motivated and organised individual looking to start a career in project management? We are seeking a Project Management Apprentice to join our dynamic organisation based in Ipswich. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, working alongside experienced facilities management professionals, while studying towards a project management apprenticeship.

What You’ll Do:

  • Rotate around different central support services departments to learn about different projects.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects.
  • Assist with project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and reports.
  • Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Learn and apply best practices in project management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Math (Grade 4 or above).
