About The Role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday – 3:30pm to 8pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that client specifications/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
- Provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
- Carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards meet the required specification.
- Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client representatives, promoting the Company and development of services.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience working in a cleaning environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisational methods and troubleshooting.
