OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a dedicated Chef to join our Catering team on a 5 on 2 off rota, covering day, evening, and night shifts. You will deliver high-quality food and drink to clients and site visitors, manage stock and kitchen operations, and support the Senior Chef when needed.
Ideal candidates will have City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery, strong health and safety knowledge, excellent communication, and a real passion for seasonal cooking.
