OCS is seeking a General Maintenance engineer in Greater London. As part of your role, you will ensure all Reactive Works orders and PPMs are completed within contract-defined time SLAs and KPIs.

You must have a background in general maintenance, with skills in carpentry, painting and decorating, plumbing, and more. Additional requirements include L8 ACOP and Legionella Awareness certifications.
