About The Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reactive and proactive plumbing work including the service, maintenance of Mechanical Equipment, ranging from AHUs, FCUs, to Boiling Tap systems
  • Completion of time records and compliance documentation
  • Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on‑site
  • Carry out effective communication with the client and administration team
  • Able to be part of a 4‑week on‑call rota.

About You

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • A full UK driving licence (Essential)
  • Experience working on Plumbing and boiler systems either in Commercial or Industrial environments (Essential)
  • Good Fault / Problem‑solving skills (Essential)
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude with experience using a variety of hand tools (Essential)
  • Experience working with Zip Taps and other boiling water dispensers (Desirable)
