OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a Customer Service Adviser to welcome visitors to Manchester Arndale. You will deliver excellent service, resolve queries, and promote our services, including the Manchester Arndale Gift Card, in a friendly, professional manner.
Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays (4 hours). You will handle face-to-face, phone and email queries, promote Gift Card sales, manage till cash handling, and keep the desk welcoming and safe for customers and retailers.
