We are looking for Duty Managers to oversee the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of cabin cleaning services for a prestigious airline. You will lead frontline teams during your shift, ensure aircraft are cleaned to exceptional standards, and help maintain smooth turnaround performance in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage shift-based delivery of aircraft presentation for the airline.
- Lead, support and motivate frontline teams to achieve high standards and on-time performance.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet operational requirements, service levels and safety standards.
- Work closely with the airline operations, crew and turnaround teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Conduct quality checks, support audits and take action to address any performance gaps.
- Support rostering, resource allocation and real-time operational decision-making.
- Maintain Health & Safety compliance and promote a safe working culture.
- Provide clear handovers and ensure consistent communication between shifts.
- Experience in aviation, facilities management, soft services or other fast-paced operational roles.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct frontline teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and confident making quick decisions.
- Committed to delivering quality, safety and exceptional service.

- Undergo vetting to CAA standards and security clearance, must have right to work in the UK.
