OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems on our site. You will ensure tasks are completed within contract SLAs and KPIs, update service sheets and compliance logs, and manage contractor performance to meet quality standards.
You will support the site supervisor in delivering contracted services safely, on time and within budget, while providing callout support as per rota.
