About The Role
SHIFT PATTERN - Must be available between Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00; shifts will be 4 or 8 hour shifts between these hours.
We are seeking a professional and reliable Venue Assistant to provide flexible security cover across multiple client sites. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different environments while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with Tribunal clerk and requesting a list of attendees
- Carrying Searches of waiting areas and hearing rooms
- Conduct regular site patrols and inspections according to assignment instructions
- Book attendees in and escort to correct area
- Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies and management plans
Candidate Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Valid SIA Licence (essential)
- Confident computer literacy and ability to operate security systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels from visitors to senior management
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
Additional Requirements
All successful applicants will be required to undergo screening and vetting in line with BS7858 standards.
