Working Pattern

Varied shift rota over 7 days – Start 9am–10am and finish 2pm–3pm.

Responsibilities

  • Clean rooms in line with brand standards and ensure trolleys are kept neat and tidy.
  • Replace towels, soap, toilet rolls, stationery and other items as specified in the brand standard document in each guest’s room (departure and stay‑over rooms).
  • Remove all rubbish from departure rooms and only rubbish from the bathroom and bedroom bins in stay‑over rooms, disposing it correctly and separating it as directed.
  • Report all maintenance faults.
  • Have received training and be aware of the proper use and control of all cleaning materials and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role is desirable.
  • Understand health and safety regulations.
