About The Role

Shift Pattern: Varied nights, hours to fit the needs of the business, dependent on Matchdays/Events. To oversee and manage the cleaning operations at Bramley Moore Dock Stadium, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Cleaning Supervisor will lead a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role will be required to work Everton FC home match days at the stadium.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
  • Train and mentor new cleaning staff
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and used correctly
  • Address or escalate any issues or complaints related to cleaning services
  • Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Input to reports on cleaning activities and colleague performance
  • Lead cleaning tasks as needed, especially during peak times or special events and match days

Qualifications:
