About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday’s 10am – 3.15pm.
As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils, operating dishwashers, and assisting with basic food preparation. You will also manage waste and recycling, receive and store deliveries, and support the kitchen team with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning all kitchen equipment, utensils, and operating the dishwashers.
- Helping the team with basic food preparation tasks.
- Managing the waste and recycling and taking ownership of this area.
- Helping to receive and store deliveries in the correct areas and filling out documentation as required.
- Supporting with catering‑related tasks within the kitchen environment and surrounding areas.
- Assisting with the service of food and drink within operational hours.
- Supporting with hygiene documentation and administration.
- Assisting with stock replenishment and storage of deliveries.
