About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to run various sites with clients. The role involves managing a cleaning team, recruiting and developing staff, and maintaining excellent service standards for planned and periodic cleaning.
Responsibilities include:
- Adhering to health and safety procedures
- Carrying out routine planned and periodic cleaning audits
- Delivering monthly training
- Monitoring cleanliness standards
- Overseeing the use of materials and equipment
- Monitoring stocks
- Handling any issues professionally
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Working with a large team in cleaning
- Knowledge of equipment, materials and approved chemicals
Full training on COSHH will be provided. The ideal candidate can work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines, is forward‑thinking, has a positive can‑do attitude, good communication skills, is reliable, hardworking, and can work independently.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 16:30pm.
Key Skills Required:
- Full driving licence

- Ability to work flexibly to ensure service continuity

Minimum of 2 years driving experience and a full UK driving licence are required for van fleet insurance. Applicant must pass a disclosure check.
