About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to run various sites with clients. The role involves managing a cleaning team, recruiting and developing staff, and maintaining excellent service standards for planned and periodic cleaning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to health and safety procedures
  • Carrying out routine planned and periodic cleaning audits
  • Delivering monthly training
  • Monitoring cleanliness standards
  • Overseeing the use of materials and equipment
  • Monitoring stocks
  • Handling any issues professionally

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Working with a large team in cleaning
  • Knowledge of equipment, materials and approved chemicals

Full training on COSHH will be provided. The ideal candidate can work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines, is forward‑thinking, has a positive can‑do attitude, good communication skills, is reliable, hardworking, and can work independently.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 16:30pm.

Key Skills Required:

  • Full driving licence
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Excellent customer service skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Commitment to work in partnership with the team
  • Ability to work flexibly to ensure service continuity
  • Professional conduct with integrity, inclusivity and respect for diversity
  • Attendance at face‑to‑face and virtual training sessions and e‑learning

Minimum of 2 years driving experience and a full UK driving licence are required for van fleet insurance. Applicant must pass a disclosure check.
