Days of Working: Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with reconciling monthly pension contribution files to submit to pension providers by statutory deadlines.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to submit any pension forms that may be required in relation to starters, leavers and changes to colleague circumstances.
  • Monitor pension opt ins and opt outs and undertake relevant action.
  • Completing TUPE information documents.
  • Providing assistance to payroll for each pay run to ensure accuracy, making contribution adjustments where required.
  • Assist with Admitted Body Status applications for Local Government, NHS and Civil Service pension schemes.
  • Support in day-to-day pension administration as part of Automatic Enrolment.
  • Monitor the shared mailbox and respond to internal and external queries and information requests.
  • Ensure all pension end of year forms are submitted to each pension provider in a timely manner complying with any deadlines indicated.
  • Working with the team to ensure colleague understanding of pension schemes.
