About The Role

WORKING DAYS - Monday to Friday 08:30 till 17:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of reactive maintenance tasks and installations, including logging requests, assigning work to internal or external teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Prioritise maintenance activities based on urgency and operational impact, ensuring adherence to all service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of task progress, outcomes, and resolutions within relevant systems.
  • Manage and close planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks in accordance with scheduled maintenance plans.
  • Liaise with service providers to confirm work completion, verify quality, and address any issues.
  • Manage document control and maintenance databases to ensure information is accurate, compliant, and easily accessible.
  • Use procurement systems to raise purchase orders, track approval workflows, and manage the end‑to‑end transaction process.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely processing of payments.
