About The Role

Role Purpose: The Resourcing Advisor is responsible for supporting the delivery of recruitment activity across low to mid‑level roles, ensuring vacancies are coordinated efficiently and in line with agreed processes. The role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and professional recruitment experience, supporting hiring managers and candidates through each stage of the process. Working as part of the wider resourcing team, the role focuses on strong organisation, clear communication, and reliable operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end–to–end recruitment delivery for low to mid‑level operational and support roles.
  • Coordinate recruitment activity including job posting, CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer administration.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements and support the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on vacancy progress, ensuring clear communication throughout.
  • Source candidates through job boards and basic search techniques to support pipeline generation.
  • Support talent pipeline activity for recurring roles.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are followed consistently, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  • Use Eploy (ATS) and Indeed Flex (VMS) to manage and track recruitment activity.
  • Support contract mobilisations and high‑volume hiring requirements as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider resourcing team to achieve shared objectives.

About You

  • Experience in recruitment or a strong interest in developing a career in resourcing or HR.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with a customer‑focused approach.
  • Able to build positive working relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with support and guidance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
  • Willingness to learn, develop and take on feedback.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools or systems is desirable.
  • Flexible and reliable, with a proactive attitude to supporting the team.
