OCS are recruiting a Cleaning Manager to join our passionate Cleaning team. The role runs 0600 to 1200, Monday to Friday, and involves overseeing cleaning and duties carried out by the team you supervise.
You will manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment, identify training needs, and ensure records of training are kept. You’ll also handle on-site HR matters and support a safe, compliant workplace.
