About The Role

We are looking for a Graduate Social Value Bid & Content Writer to help bring our social value activities to life through engaging content, compelling case studies, and support for bid submissions. You’ll play an important role in capturing the impact of our work, sharing it with internal and external audiences, and supporting the delivery of social value objectives across our contracts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in social value, with a strong interest in social impact and purpose-led business. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the preparation of bid responses and proposals by drafting and editing social value content, case studies, and success stories.
  • Collect and write up case studies that demonstrate the positive impact of our work, working with project teams to identify opportunities.
  • Create social media content that highlights our social value activities, ensuring it aligns with our brand and messaging.
  • Support the design and creation of marketing materials for events such as careers fairs, job fairs, community engagement days, and work experience programmes.
  • Capture content (photos, videos, testimonials) from events and initiatives to be used across bids, reports, and social channels.
  • Assist in reporting on social value activity by collating data, pulling out key insights, and supporting the creation of visuals and narratives.
  • Work closely with the Head of Social Value and Marketing team to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across bids, reports, events, and campaigns.
  • Maintain a library of case studies, testimonials, and content that can be reused across marketing and bid activity.
  • Act as a Social Value Ambassador by helping to raise awareness of our achievements internally and externally.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
  • An interest in marketing, communications, and social value, with some previous experience (e.g. through studies, internships, or junior roles).
  • Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with colleagues across different teams.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is desirable, but not essential.
