OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to provide planned and reactive maintenance across sites throughout Scotland and North East England. You will own hard services maintenance, ensuring building systems and assets are maintained safely and in line with statutory requirements and SLAs.
Responsibilities include PPM, servicing pumps, AHUs, air conditioning, emergency lighting tests and fault diagnosis.
