OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join our facilities management team in the Glasgow area. You will be the primary contact for customer enquiries, manage incoming calls, and allocate work to engineers and sub-contractors across the regional area, using CAFM Concept System.
The role covers updating and closing out Reactive, PPM and Quoted jobs, raising purchase orders, and supporting Project Managers on government contracts.
