OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Officer to serve as the primary contact for enquiries and new work requests on the CAFM Concept System.

You will allocate work to engineers, manage regional diaries, and update/reactive jobs for subcontractors.

You will coordinate with Project Managers on government contracts, raise POs, compile site health & safety files, and help cost variations while keeping quotations and compliance data accurate.
