Main Purpose: To support their line manager in the delivery of the existing FM contracts. This will be achieved via the practical implementation of the company’s management system and the utilisation of the Electrician's knowledge.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To ensure the safe, satisfactory performance and further development of all contracts and accounts for which he is responsible.
- Take an active role in the management of all quality, environmental and health & safety issues on the site for which he/she is responsible in compliance with company policies and arrange compliance with contractual requirements.
- Ensure the Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance are carried out to the correct specification with regards to both frequency and quality.
- Organise and manage the AC maintenance schedule in compliance with current legislation and as detailed in the CAFM system.

- Conduct testing, commissioning, and inspections to ensure system efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs using company systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients and site staff professionally.
- Support other engineers and trades as required, contributing to team goals.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota and overtime as required.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent.
- F-Gas certification (Category 1 – 2079).
- Proven experience in a similar role within facilities management or building services.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
- IPAF and PASMA certification.
- Additional HVAC or electrical qualifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
