About The Role
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm (Occasional 5am start, finish at 1pm).
We are looking for an External Cleaner for one of our sites within OCS.
Key Responsibilities
- Employees will be responsible for carrying out various on‑site duties as needed to support daily operations, including assisting with the preparation for site tours and visits, ensuring all areas are presentable and meet the required standards.
- Regular maintenance of the site and completing small tasks to enhance its overall appearance.
- The use of MEWPs and Cherry Pickers will be required on occasions to clean high‑level areas.
- General maintenance and housekeeping duties, including gritting car parks and walkways, painting walkways, barriers, and internal and external areas.
- Managing waste skips around site ensuring they are emptied into the correct waste stream, larger skips on a regular basis.
- Cutting down waste reels using the high‑pressure water hose.
- Keeping the area safe and in an organised standard.
- Use forklift trucks with bale and reel handling attachments to move around the waste reels and material.
- Taking responsibility for the daily cleanliness of the break bays, slabbing area and Top Yard storage locations.
FLT License and IPAF desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
