OCS is seeking a Building Services Engineer to join our facilities management team in the UK. The role covers general maintenance, statutory checks, and on-site support, with a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri) and occasional weekend on-call.
You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance across offices, commercial, and industrial sites, using basic plumbing, electrical, and fabric skills, while ensuring health and safety compliance and maintaining accurate site records.
