The Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-employment screening and background checks in line with aviation and security regulations.
- Liaise with candidates, managers, recruitment team to ensure timely completion of screening processes.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of screening documentation and compliance reports.
- Monitor and update internal systems with screening progress and outcomes.
- Act as an authorized signatory for the OCS Aviation division.
- Support audits and inspections by preparing and providing relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, HR, or compliance (aviation/security sector experience is a plus).
- Role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Other adhoc activities as may be requested.
