About the Role
Days of Working: Variable across the week
- Ensure excellent customer service is shown to all passengers
- Promptly answer the phone in a friendly and courteous manner
- Ensure Host Desk is manned at all times and arrange cover when required
- Ensure all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) are tagged prior to going airside
Requirements
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- You will be required to pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employee reference checking
- Previous customer service / reception experience is essential
- Experience using IT programmes such as Microsoft Outlook and Office programmes
