The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Working Pattern: Saturday, Sunday 06:00am - 09:00am

Holiday Entitlement: Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro-rata basis in line with weeks worked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
  • To provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
  • To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
  • To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services.
  • To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have right to work in the UK.
  • Experience working in a cleaning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
