Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 06:30am to 02:30pm.

The main purpose of the role is to clean high‑level areas, within enclosed spaces and other cleaning tasks in the factory area. The position requires deep cleaning with specialist equipment around expensive machinery on the factory floor. The job holder will need good communication skills with their supervisor and the ability to work at height in a demanding, active environment.

Role responsibilities and duties:

  • Ensure that areas are always cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
  • Deal with any management requests promptly and courteously.
  • Always maintain Health and Safety standards.
  • PPE to be worn at all times.

To succeed in the role, you will need:

  • Ability to work quickly and to a tight schedule in a busy environment.
  • Be punctual.
  • To have a good attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask, be reliable and responsible.
  • Ability to carry and move cleaning equipment.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with management and H & S team to report any safety issues.
  • Basic English level (to be able to have a conversation and understand health and safety processes and procedures).
