About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out plumbing duties on site as and when required.
  • Provide a technical engineering service with minimal supervision to the OCS FM client in respect of mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation.
  • Undertake the service and maintenance of other assets/trades deemed competent to do so.
  • Conduct contractor control duties on behalf of the client, monitoring contractors and their workmanship so that relevant standards are met.
  • Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.

Key Hiring Criteria

  • Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Candidates must have the relevant certifications and qualifications required to meet the position requirements, together with relevant Grade Cards such as CSCS.
  • NVQ or City & Guilds in plumbing/mechanical services.
  • Previous experience working within Facilities Management.
  • Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
