About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing duties on site as and when required.
- Provide a technical engineering service with minimal supervision to the OCS FM client in respect of mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation.
- Undertake the service and maintenance of other assets/trades deemed competent to do so.
- Conduct contractor control duties on behalf of the client, monitoring contractors and their workmanship so that relevant standards are met.
- Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
Key Hiring Criteria
- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
- Candidates must have the relevant certifications and qualifications required to meet the position requirements, together with relevant Grade Cards such as CSCS.
- NVQ or City & Guilds in plumbing/mechanical services.
- Previous experience working within Facilities Management.
- Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
