About The Role
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 12:00 to 16:00.
As a Cleaning Operative at OCS, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
- Hands‑on physical tasks that may require standing for periods of time, including vacuuming carpeted areas if scheduled, sweeping, mopping (if required), emptying bins and other tasks such as potentially washroom cleaning.
- Assisting customers when cleaning is carried out in open, public spaces, providing help with queries linked to cleaning or any incidents/issues reported.
- Completing all relevant Health & Safety records and attending training courses when needed.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK.
- Smart phone required to use the Timegate Time and Attendance system for logging on‑site when scheduled to work; some tasks may also require use of the Timegate app to record cleaning entries and other duties.
- Background in cleaning advantageous, but full training provided.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
