OCS is seeking a CCTV Team Leader to oversee our CCTV Investigators and support the Crime & Investigations Department across 500 Morrisons stores and 1,000 convenience locations. You will manage daily CCTV operations, lead a high-performing team, and work closely with police, store colleagues, and national stakeholders to ensure incidents are investigated, evidence is secured, and offenders prosecuted.
